The load components which is causing problem is the O-Table component using the API load. This causes rowhash locks to accumulate. I was under
the impression that if Teradata sees a lot of rowhash locks it escalates it to a Table level lock, its certainly is not happening here. So what is
the limit on the number of locks an AMP can handle?
