Can anyone explain at what stage DBC.AccessLog is updated?

My understanding is only successfully completed SQL are recorded, what about unsuccessful SQL

- cancelled by the user or

- aborted because the system had restart

- failed because of syntax error in the SQL

If unsuccessful query are not recorded in the DBC.AccessLog is there any other system table where this information is recorded.

We running teradata - V2R4.1.3.83
