Someone reported this odd behaviour (only the first character of an error message being returned) once before but we were never able to
duplicate it.
I don't know if it was the same situation of Database vs User but I'll see if I can duplicate it that way. (I have always created my SPs in
databases.)
Hopefully we can narrow down where this data truncation is occuring - DBS, ODBC, or SQLA.
