Hi,

the error 3791 comes up in in V2R5.0.1 in some certain patch levels, but it should not. This is a known bug and NCR is working on a fix. Ask your local NCR support - they will know about it.

There is also a workaround. Set the internal paramater 41 ( disable spool in memory, or so ) to "off" or disable and you get around this problem.

I'm currently not on site, so I can't give more detailed infos. I will come up as soon as possible.
