look to see who has highest cpu/io ratio and who has been on the longest...

you can also generally look into mload_spool database if you have one and see who has wt/uv/et tables and that will help to narrow down your list of targets. you should always keep a robust dbc as the TJ can overcome your allocation for the dbc database and grind your system to a halt. we have demonstrated this with an unqualified delete on one of the many join indexes that you set up while you worked here...

keep in mind that ccl ( ncrs customer care link ) does not alarm when DBC is full... one of lifes little mysteries as to why they don't protect their "queen" ( dbc ) a bit better.
