Can you explain me if there is an interest to assign spoolspace to a database (which is not a user) ?

Exple :

Database DB1

Type   PermSpace         SpoolSpace       TempSpace         AccountName        Fallback   JournalFlag   CreatorName
D      85 362 475 000    19 999 999 992   150 041 870 988   $H&D&T-ufuprddbo   N          NN            UFUPRDDBO
