You can use DBC.SYSEXECSQL function in SP with your SQL string as input parm to execute the SQL dynamically. The DBC.COLUMNS give you the list of columns for a given table. The other option is using DBC.COLUMNS in BTEQ , EXPORT the dynamic SQL into a file and then execute the exported SQL file in next step.
