There was an earlier thread on this in which a couple of people suggested using the FERRET utility.

This is the best way, however I tweak what was suggested by using SHOWBLOCKS /L and then after selecting the correct subtable, multiply the Data Block Size Column by the Associated Number of Blocks of indicated size Column and then the sum the totals. The result matches perfectly with the output of sums from DBC.Tablesize ( if you had dropped the index and remeasured ).
