I am running MPRAS and Netvault 6.5.3 with the Teradata plugin.

I have a tape from a different system and I believe I have set everything up alright, but whenever I set my restore (with the COPY option) job to run it always fails immediately saying that it "failed to get client list for DBS". I believe I configured the plugin correctly as when I go to select items from the backup window it shows my all my local DB's.

Any other suggestions at what to look at???
