Yes, you can use one Teradata Manger V2 Server to manger PROD and TEST machines -- we are doing.

Select Administrate, Teradata Manager, Systems to set up for TEST and PROD.

Other Possibly Useful Info:

If you try to administate Systems and get the message "cannot load profile for SYSTEMNAME" -- go to OPTIONS, CHANGE SERVER, and check "get data from RDBMS" -- this allows you to modify the parameters under the Administrate, Teradata Manager, Systems so you can define the email info for passwords, etc. At that point, you are not running in the server mode, so for example, you cannot see the dashboard. After you have modified the SYSTEM, then go back to OPTIONS, CHANGE SERVER, and change to get data from server and indicate the server name.
