Yes it can. The white paper "What's new in Teradata Manager 6" can help you.

If you plan to use Data Collection, be aware that whatever ones you schedule, including the hearbeat queries, will be executed for each system name for the chosen Teradatabase. So if you provide say 2 names for your production system, and choose to do the ampusage data collection once a day, that data collection will run twice for that system.
