EWSRCXX in this case looks as follows:
1359   1           (i.e. 2 integer values)

There are 3 blank spaces before the '1' - to make it 4 bytes (for integer).

If you are specifying any Character values in your file, to use in a ..ACCEPT, you MUST put single quotes around them.
