It is a limitation of all the utilities (MLOAD, FASTLOAD, FASTEXPORT, BTEQ) for any version released prior to TTU 7.0.

If you need to export or import files larger than 2 Gb, you need to install and reference the Teradata Large File access module (AXSMOD), available from NCR technical support, that is, if they have a version for HP-UX? We had to install it for our ETL servers running AIX, and it worked perfectly.

I have been told that the version of the utilities in TTU 7.0 do not require the Large File Access Module anymore as it is built into the new release of each utility...but we have not upgraded as yet, so I cannot confirm that.
