Hi ,

We encountered a blocking problem. From PMON we found out that 'internal session' is blocking one of the user and which in result, blocked many other users.

I wondering if anybody have seen this 'internal session' in PMON and have knowledge in terms of, what is it and how it funtions? And why it has blocked a user and why the blocked user blocked many other users?
