Well, here's one I run every day. I just cut and paste from the arcmain log file:

10/31/2003 12:22:39  ARCHIVE DATA TABLES
10/31/2003 12:22:39          (DBC),
10/31/2003 12:22:39          (GDYR_WRK) (EXCLUDE TABLES (GDYR_WRK.STG_MATL_HIST,
10/31/2003 12:22:39                      GDYR_WRK.STG_SRC_MATL_DESCR_HIST)),
10/31/2003 12:22:39          RELEASE LOCK,
10/31/2003 12:22:39          FILE = X;
10/31/2003 12:22:41  LOGGED ON   16 SESSIONS
10/31/2003 12:22:57  UTILITY EVENT NUMBER  - 1028

It's sort of like the FROM part of a COPY TABLES, if you've ever used that. I think that will be of help.
