I think the only way to do this is to import the data first into an Oracle database and then take a good look at the goodies. Some Oracle objects do not have any direct counterparts in Teradata and cannot be migrated. The best chance for a simple migration would have tables with commonly used data types. You could use ODBC to transfer the data if the volumes are not too high. Otherwise, take a look at Teradata data loading utilities which can load from CSV or similar formats. You will need to extract the data from Oracle first.
