Others have commented on various things relative to your SP that may be causing problems.
I'd like to point out that 3610 actually indicates there is a bug and a dump has been created. Report it to Teradata support as
such.
In some cases, 3610 may be due to a failure to recognize an error in your SQL early enough to give you a proper message. In other
cases your SQL could be fine, and the system just isn't handling it properly.
