The key here is ":TdqmlogOpen(3)".
This message is comming from the TDQM schedular client rather than from SQL Assistant.
Apparently your TDQM schedular installation is incorrectly installed (or possibly incompletely uninstalled). You could try
running the TDQM client and (if it allows you to) give it a valid location for the log file. Alternatively you can re-install the
TDQM schedular client. Hopefully this wil correct the situation.
