DR was opened almost 2 years ago. Assuming you are familiar with specifics, but had to do with specifying a DUMMY output file. It was closed Sept 2002 with the last entry as;

".... the NULLFILE or DUMMY specification is not a normal user

option at this time. Currently, if the option is used, no data is written to tape/disk, and no warning messages are given. If the NULLFILE or DUMMY option is added as a normal user option at a later date, a new DR will be opened to

specify documentation changes ....."
