Hi,
On #2, old spool files are cleared by a background task which runs every 'n' minutes (not sure what 'n'). I'm guessing that what
you're seeing is the time delay between your job finishing and this task running to clear your spool files down. If the system is
busy I could see this background task being delayed/slowed down. If your 'several minutes' are getting to be 10 or above a lot of the
time then you may want to open an incident with NCR.
