David,

Firstly, While using journaling on production tables, how did it affect performance of mloads and bteq jobs which run on those tables? Can you elaborate the process of restoring journals on the slave? Are there any special considerations that need to be taken in applying the changes?

Secondly, Can you please explain the statement " One site has both Teradata systems connected to the same MVS image ." from the point of how the Hardware is connected and whether we can connect two remote machines (different geographical locations) to gain a similar advantage?

If yes, what would we need to do that.
