I'm used to seeing 2801 errors on tables, but on worktables?

UTY0805 RDBMS failure, 2801: Duplicate unique prime key error in LOAD_DB.UV_s_accnt_src.

Any thoughts? My best guess is this indicates maybe a load was started without having all the supporting tables dropped, and this indicates the second time a row was errored into it. I can't investigate the tables, because they were dropped before the error was sent to me.
