More than likely, this has to with an error converting a Teradata timestamp into a representative VB data type. Possible things
to look at would be:
1) Version of ODBC - must be at least 3.2.
2) Advanced ODBC Settings - did you change any of the defaults (e.g. AAA->III)
Regarding the regional/language settings, TWM is internationalized and localized for Japan. It does not require English (US)
settings, and if you are experiencing a problem, there is a bug. The only known internationalization issue is the regional setting
for English (South Africa) because of the currency symbol "R". This has been fixed in a maintenance release 03.02.01.00 which will
be available by the end of the month.
