Srini,

On MP-RAS you will need to log onto a teradata node(exp..devcop1,our test system)

1) type in cnsterm 6;

2) from this window enter start dbscontrol ; you get started dbscontrol in window 2 (for example)

3) type in cnsterm 2
   valid commands are DISPLAY,MODIFY,WRITE,HELP,QUIT
   valid group names are GENERAL,FILESYS,PERFORMANCE,INTERNAL
   so to get the general parms you would type in display gen
   after you modify a parm you will need to write it
   you can enter help display,help modify etc to get more information
   on the commands
