I am looking for an urgent help PLEASE!

I have a fast export job in my production which was executing fine in my development box in less than a minute, which in production writes out 60k of data and goes to sleep. Runs through all the steps up to the "initial phase" and then hangs.

I would like to know how to approach solving this problem. The worst thing about this issue is there are no error messages, on the Performance Monitor both the AMP and PE shows idle and the job does nothing.

The version info. is below.
