Fred is right. Our QCD is an old version(QCF01.00.00)which caused the error. However, DIPQCD has been removed from DIP. Which one of the following script that we can run in order to get TSET worked? Please advise.

3. DIPVIEW - System Views
4. DIPOLH - Online Help
5. DIPSYSFE - System FE Macros
6. DIPACR - Access Rights
7. DIPCRASH - CrashDumps Database

9. DIPCAL - Calendar Tables/Views
10. DIPCCS - Client Character Sets
11. DIPALL - All of the above
12. DIPACC - Access Logging
13. DIPPATCH - Stand-alone patches
