We asked pretty much the same question of NCR a bit ago when we started our early planning for V2R5... In our case, we were
inquiring about TUF 7.0 compatibility with V2R412 and the answer we got was yes subject to the limitation that certain new features
in TUF 7.0 dependant on V2R5 enhancements would not be functional... I do not think it is recommended to attempt to run an earlier
TUF release than 7.0 with V2R5 but we did not ask that particular question as it was not something we were considering... Mind you,
we have not actually done this as yet but it is our plan to upgrade/test TUF before V2R5 is installed. In any case, NCR ought to be
able to answer this question for you as it is possible that the specific product releases installed at the site in question could
factor in the answer given....
