The part between the $ delimiters (LNYDSS1) is a user-defined Performance Group name that should tie to your Priority Scheduler setup. DSS is a fixed string that means nothing to Teradata, it's just passed along as part of the Account String. The &D and &T are Account String Expansion variables that are replaced with the current date and time whenever a request is submitted.
