I have also seen this happen on both winDDI 5.0.1.1 and Teradata Administrator 6.0

DBS version is V2R4.01.03.45
ODBC: 3.02 and 3.01
Character set is LATIN

The TD Admin 6 was a brand new installation straight from the TTU7 CDs so the def file is unchanged
