Greetings!

We are building a view that has 11 history tables join. Each history table contains 19 million records. Our test environment only has 700,000 records for us to test the view performance. Is there a way I can predict the production performance (i.e., DBMS time, Fetch time, and spool space used) by running explain based on 700,000 test records? Please advise.
