We are a state agency with a team of newbies to Teradata. We load a large amount of data on Tuesday evenings, and when a user stays late and forgets about the load, runs queries or builds cubes, our load fails. We have been staying late and using PMON to disconnect users or to talk with users about staying disconnected during our evening load. Is there an automated process that anybody has developed which would assist us? Please keep in mind that most of us have the Teradata Certified Professional certificate, and that is all (in other words, we are learning).
