We have implemented a couple of the NCR CRM components and it is working out very well. Send me your userid and I can pass it on to the folks that are actually making it work.

The data that feeds the product comes directly from the DW. In some cases, there are denormalized views and tables supporting the decisions.

SQL is used as the ETL tool from DW to CRM.

The source to DW ETL tool decision is not related.

It is currently running on an application node.

I have no experience with the IBM product.

We don't use an EAI product.
