I do not find any Teradata manual describing some key explain phrases such as

* MERGE into
* MERGE DELETE
* all-AMPs UPDATE

Manual 'SQL Reference - Volume 6 Data Manipulation Statements', has a section on 'EXPLAIN Modifier Terminology', but the above phrases are missing. While all-AMPs UPDATE seems obvious; MERGE is not.
