You can using MS Access, which may help.

First, attach the remote Teradata tables so they are treated as local tables, or write a passthrough SELECT query against each remote table (akin to a Teradata view).

Then build your query with the attached tables or passthrough querys as the data sources. These can point at different Teradata platforms.

I find it a very useful feature of Access that a passthru' SELECT query can be used as a data source in the same manner as an attached table.
