Matt, from your original note I can't quite tell what the problem is. I assume you are not getting Access Log rows that you were expecting to get. The original note said:

I think if you look at AccLogRules again, you will find something like ' E-'. A blank followed by a letter means that only the denials are being logged -- i.e. a row is added to AccLogTbl only when access is denied, not when it succeeds.
