You probably don't. The BTEQ Reference Guide of June 2001 (B035-2414-061A), which covers V2R4.1 and TUF 06.01.00, says, "Deleted REPORTWIDE feature in EXPORT and IMPORT commands."

I've heard there are plans to reinstate this feature some day, but I don't know when.
