You can have only the one session in BTEQ. Within that session you can perform the macros as a multistatement and they will execute in parallel:

exec macro1
;exec macro2
;exec macro3

You can EXPLAIN the multistatement to see how the work is being performed.

Remember that a multistatement (even if a macro) is still a unit of work.
