We have used NCR DR services for two years. We have been very happy with the service that they provide. We have had successfull
DR's from our very first test. NCR puts a lot of thought and work into their DR service and it shows. The resources that are
assigned to our account that we work with when we go out for a Recovery are all TOP NOTCH. Each time we go out for a test we
schedule time with some of their Product Specialists and usually get an hour meeting one on one. We come away with an incredible
amount of information. We have learned alot from our interactions with our DR Reps too. I am thankfull that we use IBM Magstar
tapes and we get to use their hotsite in San Diego rather than Ohio in the dead of winter.
