PS: I almost forgot. When in the index Applet, after specifying unique/non-unique ; primary/non-primary, MAKE SURE you check the 'generate' box right next to the PRIMARY box, or else it won't be 'generated' in the DDL, even though you ask for it on the Forward Engineer schema...
