You may want to check with your support rep or the GSC on this as we can successfully read files larger that 2 Gb via
mload/fastload running under AIX 4.3.
We were under the same impression that this was just a limitation for a long time and only recently discovered that NCR had a
newer version of the access module which did not have this limitation. Up until then we had use the well documented tricks to get
around this problem. If the flavor of UNIX you are running under supports files larger than 2Gb then you may have options also.
