Can anyone explain why the first division is not rounded up, and all the others are?

select 200/3 , 200.0/3, 200.00/3, 200.0/3.0 , 200/3.0

result:
(200/3)    (200.0/3)    (200.00/3)      (200.0/3.0)     (200/3.0)
66         66.7         66.67           66.7            66.7
