Hello All,

I am looking for answers to questions regarding amp worker tasks.

We have a Unix script that reports the nodes/amps running out of amp worker tasks. During the online day we want to prevent performance degradation for interactive users by stopping additional workload/utilities from running. (We do allow utilities on a limited basis during the online day).

My questions are ---

1) Has anyone else done this sort of thing?

2) At what percentage of nodes/amps running 58/60 amp worker tasks do we want to limit additional workload?
