This is the error inside the applet1.html:

Unable to load the Teradata JDBC driver.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
com.ncr.teradata.TeraDriver

I HAVE tried:
        CLASSPATH=C:\docs\classes\teradata.jar;C:\docs\classes
AND     CLASSPATH=C:\docs\classes;C:\docs\classes\teradata.jar
AND     CLASSPATH=C:\docs\classes\teradata.jar
AND     CLASSPATH=C:\docs\classes

I get the same error with each setting.

...however as stated earlier, when I extract the classes from the teradata.jar file into the respective sub-directories below

C:\docs\classes

and set CLASSPATH=C:\docs\classes then the applet works perfectly!!

So whats wrong with the Jar file / CLASSPATH???
