I installed version 2.08.02.05 and it worked, before that I had version 3.00.01.00. I will try it with 3.00.01.03 as this seems to be the latest and greatest.

Also, as an FYI the other suggestions I recieved below DID NOT WORK:

(1) select a,c from (select A, sum(C) C from table1 group by A) X;

(2) select A, sum(C) as C from table1 group by A;
