Can anyone suggest a good book for a new trainee DBA we're going to take on. I want to give him some quality theory about designing, building (and I guess most importantly) and running a (Teradata in our case) Data Warehouse in addition to all of the practical hands on stuff he's gonna get anyway. Any reccommendations?
