Agreed...Personally it just strikes me that doing so would be beneficial in the long run towards promoting a common level of
understanding within the organization. But then you have to pick your battles and if there is strong opposition, sometimes you have
to just go with local convention to move forward at all. And it should be noted that giving a particular group of users something
familiar (albeit differently named) might make their transition smoother
