Hi,

GSCTOOLS is a collection of scripts and binaries that are being used, mainly, by the Teradata support specialists to diagnose and support a Teradata system. It is installed in /etc/gsc/bin and most of the utilities have an associated man page.

You can also find a brief description about the package in /var/sadm/pkg/GSCTOOLS/install/description.
