Which is what is expected to happen.
There is no SQL command which will allow you to only remove one of two duplicate access rights. If you find duplicate access
rights the only SQL wy to sort this out is to revoke the accessright (which will get rid of all occurrences as you've found out) and
then Grant the accessright again.
