Greetings!

I was unable to load a text file that contains a memo field over 255 char long. I have exported this data (comma separated) file from MS Access and for some reason OLE LOAD thinks the memo field as VARCHAR 255 (!). I did change this to VARCHAR(32000) in my record layout (MultiLoad / FastLoad) but could not get it work.

However, using the same script, I was able to load this data using MultiLoad from windows platform, specifying the format to be: VARTEXT

I am wondering is this an OLE LOAD limitation or is there any thing that I am missing..........(!)?

Note: I am using "MSDASQL" (Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Driver) and choosing Microsoft's ODBC Text Driver
