Andy,
Unless your site is very SQL literate, and you said they are new to Teradata, I would suggest a more user friendly tool like Brio,
Business Objects, or Impromptu. You can do a lot with these, and the users don't know have to know SQL. In fact with them you can
provide web based access and not have to deploy ODBC drivers to the desk tops. Just something to think about.
